Palo Alto, CA, August 27, 2004 – Telik, Inc. (Nasdaq:
TELK) announced the election of Herwig von Morzé, Ph.D. to
the company’s Board of Directors.
Dr. von Morzé is an international consultant specializing
in pharmaceutical patent strategy, patent prosecution and pharmaceutical
product life cycle management. He most recently was Co-Chair of
Heller Ehrman’s Patent and Trademark Practice Group. He has
directed patent prosecution and enforcement programs in the pharmaceutical
industry for more than 25 years.
