TELK) announced that Michael M. Wick, M.D., Ph.D., chairman and
chief executive officer, will present a company update at the UBS
Global Life Sciences Conference in New York City on September 24,
2003 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time (12:30 p.m. Pacific time). A live
