chairman and chief executive officer, will provide a company update
at the Merrill Lynch Global Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical
Device Conference at 2:45 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, February
5, 2003 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.
