TRAP Overview
The small molecule continues to be tested with all proteins in
the TRAP panel with a binding affinity value measured for each.
The binding affinities can be represented numerically or by color.
The set of binding affinity values for the entire protein panel
creates the small molecule’s molecular fingerprint.
